Pro poskytnutí slevy u dětí a seniorů je nutné prokázat se platným průkazem zdravotní pojišťovny nebo občanským průkazem.
Pro poskytnutí slevy u studentů je nutné prokázat se platným studijním průkazem.

 

Doplňující informace:

  • Časová karta NENÍ přenosná.
  • Bodová karta JE přenosná.
  • Vratná záloha na kartu je 100 Kč.
  • Platnost bodové karty NENÍ omezená.
  • Bodovou kartu lze použít kdykoliv na všechny vleky, tubing a bobovou dráhu.
  • V případě nepoužití bodové karty 1 rok stačí dobít 2 body a karta se aktivuje včetně nevyčerpaných bodů.
  • Časová prodleva mezi průchody turniketem je 5 sekund.
  • Dítě do 8 let na bobové dráze a tubingu jen s doprovodem dospělého.
  • Při poškození karty během užívání je karta nevratná.
  • Při porušení pravidel má obsluha právo jízdné odebrat bez náhrady.

  • For the purchase of children, student or senior tariffs, it is necessary to provide age verification and a valid card.
  • Time-based and point-based tariffs can not be combined on 1 card.
  • Cards with time-based tariffs are non-transferable and are activated at first entry through a turnstile.
  • Validity of point-based cards is 1 year from charge-up.

Additional information:

  • Card deposit is CZK 100.
  • Card deposit is not returned if the card has been damaged.
  • Card can be used for lifts, bob sleigh, tubing and summer attractions.
  • Children up to 8 years old can enter bob sleigh and tubing attractions only with an adult.
  • Violation of operating rules can result in entry denial.
  • No returns are possible on purchased tariffs.

  • Breakfast, internet connection and parking are included in the price of accommodation.
  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
  • No entry with pets into the hotel.

An invoice for 50% of the price of the accommodation will be generated when booking.

In the event of the cancellation of the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to apply cancellation conditions:

  • 20% of the price if cancelled 30 to 15 days before the start of the stay
  • 50% of the price if cancelled 14 to 7 days before the start of the stay
  • 20% of the price if cancelled 6 to 1 days before the start of the stay
  • 100% of the price if cancelled on the arrival day
